Returns & Refunds

All prints from Ridin' Media are made to order, which means each one is produced specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or if you simply change your mind after ordering.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or with a print quality issue that's clearly a manufacturing fault, we'll get it sorted. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to send anything back.

What isn't covered

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size or product selected at checkout
  • Minor colour variation between screen and print (this is normal in print production and not considered a defect)

EU customers

Under EU consumer rights law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods made to your specifications. As all our prints are custom-made to order, this exemption applies to your purchase.

Lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived and is showing as significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate with the fulfilment partner.
